Hi, I’m Sydney! I’m twenty years old and I’ve been an artist, actress, and general creative for most of my life. I’m currently a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin studying studio art, and I’m based part-time between Austin and Los Angeles. I’ve studied acting under Austin and Los Angeles teachers including Holly Powell, Cynthia Bain, Sam Noble, and the Second City Improv School. I also spent a summer in high school studying architecture at Cornell University.

The majority of my work is based around character and portraiture, as well as exploring themes of memory, girlhood, and the past. I’m an enthusiast of all things vintage and retro and I love trying to find beauty in the mundane. My mediums of choice include (but are not limited to) gouache and oil paint, digital illustrations, garments and textiles, crochet, videography, screenwriting, and analog photography.
